The AMC department is like family; we care virtually one another in good and bad times. The staff and Section of Care Management is helpful and ready to help across the departments here at 190 th.

   I enjoyed working for this company although the name was HealthCare Partners and changed to Davita in the Torrance, CA. region. The supervisor really had a ear for listening. Later communicating in the chore interview he immediately had a demand to place in the department that was a great fit or role for me. That prompted me to acquire more of the part and scientific discipline behind the title.

   Cons

   Being a contract worker was a bit challenging only the gossip about the supervisor was icky. The section was losing workers left, right and forepart and center due to the new change over. Beingness contract worker I knew I was not going to exist a total time employee cause all of my bosses were too worried for them selves.

   The company sucks. You have to talk to iii different ppl to tell them your non going to make it to work. The workload is as well much for the little bit of money they pay. The job description says i thing and you are doing way more and so that! I would rather have a huge pay cut and so the continue to work for this sloppy position.

   They do have telecommuting positions there. I idea at that place was a crude transition in direction, back in 2016, but I idea management overall advocated for the Telehealth nurses overall

   I thought that the diverseness of calls was somewhat challenging.

    Flexible scheduling in PSC - 24 hour department. Worked well with my school schedule. Very transparent with regards to what'southward expected.

    Cons

    Had a hard time growing. Applied for several internal positions, no support from direction for infrequent employees. Need more individual development within the department.
